Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute SAP Functional Testing projects for clients across various industries.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
3. Conduct end-to-end testing of SAP modules including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), and SAP ECC.
4. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts according to project timelines and quality standards.
5. Perform defect tracking, management, and resolution using industry-standard tools.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report testing progress, issues, and recommendations.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing practice, including process optimization and automation.
8. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP Functional Testing, with expertise in SD/MM/FI modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, IDOCs, and integration testing.
• Proficiency in testing APIs, REST services, and web services.
• Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM or Micro Focus Quality Center.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in SAP modules (SD, MM, FI).
• Experience with test automation tools such as HP UFT, Selenium, or Tosca.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
