Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform test execution activities, including implementing test automation procedures and scripts.
- Prioritize testing activities and ensure full coverage of test scenarios based on the test plan and concurrent testing observations.
- Analyze system behavioral results to provide recommendations for issue resolution and system optimization.
- Define test plan execution, scope, and resource requirements, aligning with customer needs.
- Maintain and enhance professional and business relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Act as a technical interface for team members and other teams to resolve issues and communicate recommendations.
- Mentor new team members, share knowledge across projects, and promote test efficiency and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure the highest quality of product documentation, test ware, and work products for traceability, correctness, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/System Analysis.
- 7+ years of experience in software testing with in-depth knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
- Telecommunication experience/knowledge.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with sophisticated testing technologies.
- Ability to drive growth opportunities with customers.
- Passion for innovation and a dedication to creating a diverse, inclusive workplace.
