About the Job:

As an SDET at AT&T, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by maintaining best-in-class product quality. Join our Test Data Management team and contribute to a fast-growing initiative as part of our ongoing digital modernization effort. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the vision of our solution and ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Resolve incoming data quality requests effectively.
2. Review assignments, understand data requirements, and mine data accordingly.
3. Align data procurement processes across test phases and teams.
4. Collaborate with Leads & Architect for planning, assignment, and reporting.
5. Gather, consolidate, aggregate, and ensure quality of data on a daily basis.
6. Host working sessions with impacted teams and drive active investigation on open data requests.
7. Communicate effectively with other teams to meet business and information needs.
8. Foster high-performing team dynamics, continuous workflow, and relentless improvements.
9. Mine specific data from a pool and validate it across applications.
10. Extract data from production and load it into test environments.
11. Collaborate with clients to understand current and future requirements.
12. Maintain connections with external support teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in software development or testing.
• Proficiency in data mining and manipulation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with test data management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
