Boston Consulting Group’s tech unit, BCG X, seeks a skilled Software Engineer, QA for their New Delhi, India office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and testing of innovative software solutions, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in testing enterprise software solutions
• Experience in automation testing

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in supporting BCG’s client-facing end-to-end reorganization software solution, KEY
• Write reusable, testable, and maintainable test scripts
• Contribute to and execute test automation
• Troubleshoot problems and perform complex system tests
• Maintain test plans and regression suite
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a global team environment

Required Skills:

• Understanding of computer programming and software development
• Familiarity with QA methodologies
• Basic understanding of databases and writing SQL scripts
• Proficiency in tools like POSTMAN, Fiddler, Chrome Developer Tools
• Experience with multi-browser testing, load, and performance testing
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably C#)
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Testim.io
• UI automation using Specflow
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with DevOps tools for user story review, bug analysis, and automation monitoring
