As part of our GS HR Operations team, you will give HR support throughout the hand lifecycle for
Our GS HR hub teams across multiple locales:
- Responsible for entering and maintaining hand data within our HR system.
- Maintain labor force lines in compliance with applicable legal conditions and internal norms.
- Support recruiting as demanded with background checking process help with general hand requests, letters, verifications etc. including generating visa assignation.
- Letters for any GS workers travelling.
- Induce reporting for GS Hub HR Leads similar as GS hand anniversaries, mileposts etc.
- Keep track of workers’ probationary ages.
- Process hand paperwork related to new hires, transfers, address changes, fresh payments.
- Status changes, and hand exits with perceptivity to the nonpublic nature of the information.
- Assemble and modernize all accoutrements for hand packets and dispatches, including new hires.
- Transfers, maternal leaves, Short Term Disability, FMLA, and hand exits Coordinate with support functions for newhire laptops, accesses, payroll setupsetc.
- Give general support to GS HR platoon and perform other duties as assigned or needed.
