2. Perform various testing activities including test case creation, diagnostics, and test data strategy, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality test delivery across multiple workstreams.
3. Assess the success of the portfolio against test plans, develop processes to maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry-specific standards.
4. Establish priorities for the portfolio, including service intake, delivery timing, resource requirements, and monitor supplier test delivery outcomes.
5. Lead full lifecycle integration testing for complex projects.
6. Utilize service virtualization to test systems in the pipeline when 3rd party services are unavailable.
7. Contribute to the design and development of test automation solutions.
8. Conduct complex analysis to understand defects and issues, driving the team to identify solutions.
9. Champion and share knowledge of emerging trends and changes in QA engineering best practices.
10. Mentor other QA engineers to improve team abilities.
