Job Description:

About the Team & Business Line:
The QA team is a vital part of Citco’s Group IT team, working alongside dedicated professionals to ensure the continuous delivery of critical information assets and maintain Citco’s position at the forefront of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs and business leads to define and execute manual tests for the T24 system, focusing on areas like AA Accounts, Payments, and Treasury.
- Participate in defining test strategies and review automated test scripts.
- Maintain, optimize, and execute manual test scripts ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Support the defect management process in collaboration with development teams and vendors.
- Adhere to QA procedures and participate in peer reviews to ensure testing standards are met.
- Regular communication with the QA Lead/Manager, PM, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- ISTQB Software Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience with the Temenos T24 system.
- At least 2 years in a functional testing role within a Financial Services environment.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Custody, or Hedge Fund Services.
- Experience in both agile and waterfall development processes.
- Proactive work ethic with minimal supervision.
