Institutional Credit Management’s (“ICM”) ideal is to give an integrated “end- to- end” credit underwriting, identification, dimension, operation, monitoring and reporting for noncommercial credit businesses across the enterprise. Institutional customer Group( ICG) In- Business Quality Assurance is an integral part of the ICM association.
The ICG In- Business Quality Assurance function (QA) verifies that established norms and processes are followed and constantly applied. ICG Management uses the results of the quality assurance reviews to assess the quality of the group’s programs, procedures, programs, and practices as relates to the operation of noncommercial credit threat. The results help operation identify functional sins, pitfalls associated with the function, training requirements, and process scarcities.
The ICM In- Business Quality Assurance Senior Officer executes and participates on the Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs), furnishing feedback, sapience, and compliances on any insufficiency and areas of enhancement, engaging with the operation of the separate ICG business area, independent threat, and critical mate stakeholders and controllers.
This part reports to the ICM Head of In- Business Quality Assurance Head of Data
- BA/BSc or higher degree in Business (MBA), or any other related subject
