Sr BA – Ops Transformation
Qualification:
Education:
Any Graduate (preferably – MBA/ MCA/Btech)
Responsibilities
- Review of rally pretensions leading to written Test Cases. product of Test dispatches which support the beginning test case.
- Attestation and prosecution of test scripts – identify specific scripts and write test scripts.
- Utilization of test robotization tools, to enable the effective and timely E2E test prosecution.
- Disfigurement Monitoring and Reporting.
Functional and Specialized
- Moxie Applicable testing experience within the Financial Services assiduity supporting multiple LOB’s delivering in a largely complex, pressurized, and high- volume terrain.
- Experience in nimble design delivery methodology and professed to learn and work with evolving methodologies.
- Applicable experience in testing processes in order to define conditions, document stoner stories and test scripts through to test prosecution.
- Capability to work with the minimum of supervision on day- to- day conditioning.
- Strong organizational chops – capability to stoutly manage and oversee critical testing tasks directly and to tight deadlines.
- Good Functional knowledge of Noncommercial Payments utilizing SWIFT (MT103, 202, 202 COV, 910, 900, 940, 950 etc.), BACS and Real- Time Payments.
- Good Functional working knowledge on ISO 20022 XML formats.
- Working knowledge of direct testing with Clearing Houses and Central Banks would be an advantage.
- Endured in using Business Driven Development/ Test Driven Development test methodology or test case robotization.
Problem working and Analysis.
- Experience of problem working, capability to compass and give structure to complex issues, fleetly learn strange processes and give perceptive and timely remediation.
- Excellent attention to detail so crimes can be averted, and redundancies openings stressed.
- Capability to keep sight of the overall environment and remain centered on the strategic picture, identify areas of occasion for process enhancement and make out recommendation to do.
- Capability to use effective systemic data concentrated reporting to support program reporting.

- Strong communication chops with the capability to give clear and brief verbal updates on their work to platoon members, associates, elderly leads, directors and guests.

- PowerPoint/ Pitch Pro chops suitable to produce professional slides and structure donations with minimum input and need for secondary review.

Qualifications
- Batchelor degree (with applicable experience) preferred.
- Design/ nimble methodology Qualification – preferred.
- Worked in CIB business function, Wholesale Payments.
- Testing & Payment (SWIFT, ISO 20022) experience needed.
- Nimble methodology chops needed.
- Test robotization chops are added advantage.
