MRI software is hiring for QA – Manual & Automation | MRI Software career
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot LABVIEW, Beckhoff, and PLC based machines.
- Expertise in creating and modifying LABVIEW-based Virtual Instruments (VI).
- Communicate NI (National Instruments) hardware with Labview VI.
- Work with various protocols such as RS-232, USB, LAN, and GPIB.
- Understand LAN configuration and perform IP address modification/creation.
- Handle NI instruments like DSO (Digital Storage Oscilloscope), DMM (Digital Multimeter), Power Supply, PCI card (Input/Output), and Oscilloscope Card.
- Handle NI software including DAQ MAX and VISA.
- Handle Beckhoff instruments such as Input/Output Cards (EL series), Analog Cards, Servo Card, Ethernet Card, and Serial Cards.
- Familiarity with Laser Sensors (Keyence), Light Barrier Sensors, Electric and Pneumatic Actuators, LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer), Potentiometers, and LASER-based machines.
- Work with measurement instruments such as oscilloscope and LCR (Inductance, Capacitance, Resistance) Meter.
- Modify ladder logics for Beckhoff based machines.
- Work on Electro-Pneumatic based machines.
- Attend breakdowns, analyze problems, and provide corrective actions or alternative options to maintain equipment availability (Arability), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) in support of production.
