Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and functional testing of applications.
- Understand investment banking workflows and systems quickly.
- Participate in the complete QA lifecycle, including:
- Test planning
- Test case design
- Test execution
- Defect tracking and reporting
- Develop or support automation scripts using Python or similar tools.
- Execute end-to-end testing tasks independently.
- Ensure software quality by identifying and reporting defects effectively.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to improve product quality.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong expertise in Functional Testing.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Experience in:
- Test case design
- Test execution
- Defect tracking
- Familiarity with Investment Banking systems or processes.
- Basic experience in Python scripting or automation tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
