Position: QA Test Engineer

Location: Remote

Reports to: QA Leads

Experience Required: 2-5 years.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of games and applications on Android and IOS platforms.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers and Lead to create effective test plans and strategies.
• Train junior testers as required.
• Identify and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce, and document them in Jira/Mantis/Google Spreadsheets.
• Adhere to deadlines and respect planning in accordance with the entire team.
• Learn and follow internal systems, software, and processes.
• Perform all types of testing including functionality, compatibility, explorative, usability, and regression.
• Suggest methods for improving the testing process.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to Product Managers.
• Send daily status reports to the Team Lead.

Background and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in Mobile Game Testing.
• Experience working with a team of testers.
• Ability to write test cases based on documented requirements and feedback from Lead.
• Passion for playing games and identifying problems.
• Ability to detect patterns and explore user paths to determine hard-to-identify steps to reproduce.

Educational Qualification:

• Any degree to show the ability to stick to a plan for 3-4 years.
• A love for games is preferred.
