Growexx, an innovative software development company, is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer with a focus on JAVA. Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Software Engineer, your key responsibilities will include writing JAVA programs in the Spring Framework based on technical documents and requirements, analyzing system requirements at the epic level, creating UML diagrams, implementing epics on existing software, and writing complex algorithms with multi-threading.
- You will also need to demonstrate the use of OOPs patterns, perform code reviews, have experience in mock testing frameworks, and achieve code coverage of 90% or more.
- In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to write code with appropriate logging for easy debugging, adhere to information-security best practices, and have a clear understanding of the performance impact of your code.
- You should also be comfortable working with both structured and unstructured databases, developing micro-services and serverless architectures, and producing reusable code with clear code-level documentation.

Education and Experience
- To succeed in this role, you must have experience with Java 8.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Framework, and knowledge of AWS Cloud Platforms.
- You should also be familiar with source code repositories such as Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, or similar.
- Deep understanding of OOP, LinkedList, data structures, inheritance, encapsulation, and abstractions is essential.
- Additionally, you should have experience in designing highly available and scalable APIs and data models.
- Experience with other front-end technologies and frameworks would be beneficial.
- The successful candidate should hold a B Tech or B. E. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and have 5 to 8 years of experience as a software engineer working on large enterprise architecture.

- You must be a self-critic and open to learning new concepts.
- Attention to detail is critical, and you should have excellent task management and planning skills.
