About the Software Testing Job
Position Summary:
To Test Infotainment and Cluster system developed by HARMAN. Validate the system SW continuously with different Test ways to achieve the Quality Software and System Performance as per the demand of customer/ client. Concertedly perform Vehicle Test with customer. Support the development platoon to achieve disfigurement free software by bring out the bugs beforehand in the design. Follow release plan of the design and snappily borrow to the change in plan.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any direct or indirect reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Good understanding and experience of infotainment tests.
- Good understanding of Infotainment System and disciplines like.
- Power Modes, Connectivity, Tuner, Media, protrusions, Voice Recognition and Complete System.
- Test knowledge (both HMI and Functional).
- Good Understanding of CAN, Vehicle Interfaces, V2X, ADAS features.
- Understand the Architecture of Software and Hardware. Understanding of Infotainment Features.
- Chancing blights on system position through Exploratory and Retrogression Testing.
- Complete Power of Test script medication and robotization of tests using Python.
- Detailed analysis of reported problems, Bug analysis, Bug verification and shadowing.
- Perform reviews and other conditioning to insure high- quality results.
Basic Qualifications:
- Min. 5 year of experience of System Test in Automotive Infotainment or Cluster Domain.
- Good to have knowledge in Python and robotization of test cases.
- Knowledge on Testing Quality norms.
- Good English Chops (jotting, establishing, discussion).
- Has capability to snappily ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.
Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Masters’s Degree in Engineering.
- Have Proven Testing Chops Python Script Knowledge.
- Quick learner of System and Architecture ISTQB instrument (Basic or Advanced).
Leadership:
- Clear and strategic thinker; proven experience in rephrasing strategies into practicable plans.
- Able of handling multiples tasks enterprise contemporaneously and executing to completion.
- Willing to support late hours and on weekends on need base.

- Champion a better, briskly and simpler way of doing effects.
- Apply original thinking and non-stop enhancement to processes, products, systems or services and manage change to better serve client needs.

Eligibility Requirements for Software Testing Job:
- Amenability to travel 20 of the year HARMAN will only employ those who are fairly authorized to work in India for this opening.
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background disquisition and medicine screen.
Other:
- Exposure to Test robotization with Python scripting language.
- Understanding of Android Zilches.
- Understanding of IBM ALM tool chain.
- Knowledge in Automotive Spice Has to be fluent in the English language both verbals as in jotting.
