• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PC-based applications
• Keen to learn
• Basic knowledge of multiple fulfillment processes
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance on all background reports according to FCRA and State Reporting Requirements, Client Guidelines, and HireRight Reporting Guidelines
• Review and approve background results for assigned products
• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all reports by adhering to work assignment and TAT goals
• Maintain in-depth working knowledge of all guidelines and reporting processes
• Achieve individual accuracy and productivity goals in a high-volume atmosphere
• Notify researchers of errors reported and respond to all inquiries received
• Provide timely follow-up and follow-through on all requests and reports
• May support team workloads and assist with quality audits and projects as needed
• Identify root causes of errors and report researcher error trends and process improvements to supervisor
• May assist with process-related questions received from the team and department
