IBM is seeking passionate QA engineers to join its team working on the challenging workflows of the Employee Choice Program. Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, test planning, test development, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in authoring and executing test scenarios/test cases manually.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with various testing types such as black box, white box, regression, and integration.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies with global teams.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience with technologies such as JAVA, REST API, C/C++, Linux.
• Proficiency in test management and defect logging tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories.
• Maintain and enhance automated and manual test suites to keep up with new product features.
• Troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing, providing feedback to the Development team.
• Identify automation opportunities in different workflows.
• Define and prepare test data and environments to support testing.
• Ensure software components are developed and thoroughly tested following best practices.
• Create and execute production-like test scenarios.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and estimation.
• Work with test management tools and defect management tools.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, including test design, execution, and debugging.
• Perform various types of testing within an Agile delivery model, including web, API, UI, functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in system testing, test planning, assessments, test development, maintenance, reporting, and defect triage.
• Hands-on experience in authoring and executing test scenarios/test cases manually.
• Hands-on experience in Automation testing frameworks.
• Experience with all testing types: black box, white box, regression, integration.
• Experience of working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps methodologies with global teams.
• Experience in standard SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience with different technologies (JAVA, REST API, C/C++, Linux).
• Experience in test management and defect logging tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in UFT Framework.
• Good communication skills.
