4. Leading and guiding teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
5. Building efficient programs/systems and contributing to clients’ digital transformation journey.

Educational Requirements:

• Master Of Comp. Applications, Master Of Engineering, Master Of Technology, Bachelor Of Comp. Applications, Bachelor Of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor Of Technology.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

1. Primary skills: .NET->C#->C Sharp, Automation testing, Automation testing->Selenium, Java, Android Testing.
2. Knowledge of more than one technology, architecture and design fundamentals, testing tools, and agile methodologies.
3. Understanding of project life cycle activities, estimation methodologies, quality processes, and business domain.
4. Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills, and a good understanding of technology and domain.
5. Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods.
6. Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
