Responsibilities:

1. Actively aid the consulting team in various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, solution generation, and deployment.
2. Conduct research to explore alternatives to recommended solutions and build proof of concepts (POCs).
3. Create requirement specifications from business needs, define processes, and design detailed functional solutions.
4. Support configuring solution requirements, diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose alternative solutions.
5. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality solutions to customers.
6. Anchor testing requirements, develop test strategy, monitor project plans, review test plans, cases, and scripts.
7. Develop project quality plans and validate defective prevention plans to deliver effective testing solutions.
8. Ensure the availability of the right test environment and provide feedback for test data setup.
9. Validate “go live” activities to ensure smooth production environment transitions.
10. Mentor the team, provide regular feedback, and offer coaching for continual improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in testing, including test planning, strategy, and estimates.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Experience in scripting languages and automation tools.
• Analytical, client interfacing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Project and team management experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in OSS/BSS, Oracle Siebel, and Telecom.
• Knowledge of Oracle Siebel and Telecom technologies.
