Project Description:

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Tester to join their team and contribute to the Liquidity and Capital Enhancements and Regulatory reporting Programs. The role involves designing and implementing solutions for regulatory and technical optimization requirements within the capital risk and balance sheet management systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product management, project management, and development teams to gain a deep understanding of the project and testing objectives.
2. Coordinate and facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams.
3. Troubleshoot and triage issues with various teams, working towards identifying root causes and implementing resolutions.
4. Develop test conditions, test data, and test scripts to address both business and technical use cases.
5. Utilize existing tools and techniques to execute test cases, as well as develop new tools for testing and validation purposes.
6. Lead the automation strategy and efforts, creating scripts for automated testing cycles using tools like Selenium and Cucumber.

Mandatory Skills Description:

1. Experience in software test design and testing methodologies.
2. Proficiency in Java programming languages.
3. Strong experience in API testing.
4. Extensive experience in creating automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, or similar tools.
5. Demonstrated expertise in testing large-scale flexible systems and utilizing industry-standard automation testing tools and frameworks like Selenium and Cucumber.
6. Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and automated testing for existing and upcoming systems.
7. Comprehensive understanding of system configuration, technical dependencies, code paths, and overall behavior for effective testing.
8. Design, execute, and analyze automation test scripts and results.
9. Design and develop test conditions, test data, and test scripts to address various business and technical use cases.
10. Proficiency in using JIRA for project management.
