As a Performance Tester at our Bangalore office, you will have the opportunity to use your skills in ETL testing, API, and knowledge on ETL tools, MDM, SQL server, and Oracle to evaluate software products according to business standards or function requirements.
You will also develop test data and procedures to ensure that software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for isolating, reproducing, and tracking defects while verifying fixes.
- You will apply intermediate mathematical skills and be very familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Your decisions will typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects.
- You will regularly exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques, and work under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Qualification
- We are looking for someone with a High School Diploma and 4-7 years of technical experience.
- As a Performance Tester, you must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
