Responsibilities:

• Review work products as a specialist.
• Perform thorough impact analysis of the system and requirements.
• Contribute input for the test strategy and plan for project test activities.
• Recommend suitable test design techniques to the team.
• Develop and peer review test cases in the assigned area.
• Execute test cases and generate test reports.
• Ensure the completeness of all test documents.
• Manage technical communication with leads and stakeholders.
• Contribute to test automation to enhance productivity.
• Train and mentor other testers as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Provide progress updates to the lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of software/hardware testing experience, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Experience in system testing activities is advantageous.
• Proficiency in test design, test case development, and execution strategies.
• Preferred experience in healthcare applications/products.

Personal Characteristics:

• Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently.
• Smart, creative, team-oriented, and collaborative, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Quality-conscious and customer-oriented, with experience working with multisite teams.
