Job Title: Software Technologist I – Test

Job Description:

1. Review work products as a specialist.
2. Perform in-depth impact analysis of the system and requirements.
3. Contribute inputs for test strategy and plan for project test activities.
4. Support project estimation and planning activities related to testing.
5. Propose suitable test design techniques to the team.
6. Develop and peer review test cases in the assigned area.
7. Execute test cases and generate test reports for the assigned area.
8. Participate in design and technical documentation reviews.
9. Ensure completeness of all test documents.
10. Manage technical communication with leads and stakeholders.
11. Contribute to test automation for enhanced productivity in assigned features.
12. Ramp up on the domain to deliver quickly and effectively.
13. Train and mentor other testers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
14. Provide status updates to the lead on work progress.

You’re the right fit if:

1. Have 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the healthcare domain.
2. Have experience in system testing activities.
3. Preferably have experience in healthcare applications/products.
4. Advantageous to have knowledge of the medical device service domain.
5. Preferably have experience in test automation/programming (e.g., C#, Python).
6. Have good knowledge of DICOM, ISO, and IEC standards.
7. Possess testing certifications from recognized testing boards (e.g., ISTQB).
8. Have experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

1. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
2. Openness to collaborate for the project/organization’s benefit.
3. Proactive, self-driven, and possesses a sense of urgency.
4. Strong technical skills, systems mindset, and good problem-solving abilities.
