Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software applications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs through resolution using bug tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure software products meet customer and business requirements.
- Investigate and analyze customer issues, replicating sources of issues to provide technical recommendations to product teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in manual software testing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in manual software QA testing.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test planning and execution, including test case design and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience testing on multiple platforms including desktop, web, and mobile is highly desirable.
