Responsibilities:

• Conduct process quality audits as per the prescribed schedule, ensuring compliance with procedures and guidelines.
• Perform various process audits, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
• Increase audit frequency for underperforming agents to drive performance improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and share findings with clients and internal leadership on a regular basis.
• Analyze error trends weekly and conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate any changes from clients to internal stakeholders and conduct refresher trainings to address skill gaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Quality Management).
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role in the ITES/BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of process quality parameters and standards.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in quality assurance or related areas is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Domain/Industry Knowledge: Awareness of economic, demographic, technological, and global trends in the ITES/BPO industry.
• Process Knowledge: Understanding of process quality parameters and adherence to client-specific training/certification.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience with compliance-related support and risk management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members in quality assurance practices.
