YASH Technologies, a leading technology integrator, is seeking an experienced Automation Testing Professional to join their team in India. Responsibilities:

• Create understandable, simple, scalable, and high-quality automation test cases to verify and validate software quality.
• Verify and validate software quality, supporting the development team to release software on time.
• Implement new techniques and innovative ideas to reduce automated test execution time and improve test quality.
• Report software defects in an acceptable manner and on time.
• Prepare the simulator for test execution and maintain the simulator environment with the latest hardware.
• Maintain 5S & Safety work culture in the Laboratory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering (EEE/EIE/ECE/CSE/IT).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Test Automation domain.
• Very good knowledge in Robot Framework automation test development.
• Familiarity with Python programming.
• Experience with CI/CD Tools Jenkins, Git.
• Experience in software testing life cycle.
• Experience working in the elevator domain or different kinds of applications.
• Knowledge of Electrical, PCB, Drives, Machines & Safety areas.
• Ability to find defects, debug, and work independently or as part of an Agile development team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, international, and virtual environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in improving test automation coverage by adding test cases for missing or upcoming elevator features.
• Ability to identify defects before they reach the next level of testing.
• Ensure no failures or random failure of test cases in regression.
