Role Overview
Zensar is looking for experienced SDET professionals with strong Functional Testing expertise and an automation-first mindset. The role requires hands-on experience in designing automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript, along with deep understanding of business flows, system behavior, and quality risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Reuse and implement SDET-focused testing strategies across projects.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript).
- Perform end-to-end functional testing across complex systems.
- Execute Non-Functional Testing including performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Understand business workflows and assess system behavior and quality risks.
- Take full ownership of testing deliverables and quality outcomes.
- Ensure automation coverage aligned with product lifecycle requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an SDET.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright + TypeScript.
- Expertise in Functional Testing (end-to-end scenarios).
- Strong experience in Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Scalability, Reliability).
- Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Ability to independently own testing activities and deliverables.
