Job Description:
WabIT Solutions, a renowned IT company based in Pune, is seeking a motivated Jr. Software Test Engineer [Manual Testing] to join their team on a full-time basis. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting manual testing of software applications, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the overall quality of the products. If you have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software, this is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in software testing. Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Generate accurate and comprehensive test reports, documenting test results, defects, and test coverage.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and other team members to ensure timely bug resolution and efficient testing cycles.
- Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and test design discussions to contribute to the overall quality assurance process.
- Generate QA and QC certificates for software releases as required.
- Continuously update knowledge of software testing best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, MCA, MSC, BSC, MCM, BCA, or a relevant field.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools.
- Prior experience in manual testing is not mandatory; freshers are encouraged to apply.
