Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for web and/or mobile applications
- Participate in requirement analysis to ensure complete test coverage
- Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation (test cases, defect reports)
- Identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts for issue resolution
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Validate bug fixes and verify product enhancements
- Assist in test data preparation and environment setup
- Follow QA processes and contribute to process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic exposure to JMeter, Testim.io, or Postman (API testing)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
