Key Deliverables:

1. Create automation processes and implement technical edge in the Airtel Digital Portfolio.
2. Be responsible for end-to-end app deliverables, including requirement phase, design phase, app release process, and debugging customer issues.
3. Test mobile web and mobile apps (Android, Windows, IOS) platforms through automation.
4. Develop test strategies for non-functional aspects of mobile apps and be proficient in automation.
5. Continuously improve QA methodology, process, and practices.
6. Possess strong ownership of the project and play the role of a good mentor.
7. Collaborate with outsourced testing team and ensure proper planning and execution of manual and automation tests.

Skills Required:

1. Design automation framework using any language to target webservices.
2. Expertise in object-oriented programming languages and coding skills in any language, preferably Java/Python/JS.
3. Proficient in test automation framework design and development, such as Selenium, UI Automator, Appium, Espresso.
4. Troubleshoot APP related issues along with knowledge of proxy tools like Charles, Fiddler.
5. Strong knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems and experience in Non-Functional testing of Mobile Apps.
6. Exposure to DevOps and Security Testing is a huge plus.
7. Good knowledge of SQL or any NoSQL DBMS worked upon like MongoDB, Aerospike.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computers Engineering, or comparable experience.

Work Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience in software development (edited based on the level of hire).
