Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of systems and architectures involved in the SIT scope
• Familiarity with features, functions, interfaces, dependencies, and data flows of each component or subsystem
• Knowledge of standards, protocols, and tools used for system integration, such as APIs, middleware, messaging, web services, and databases

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders and identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of system integration testing (SIT)
• Ability to review technical documents and provide feedback
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases
• Experience with automation scripting
• Knowledge of bug tracking and regression testing

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with AT&T systems and architectures
• Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards
