Qualification Requirements:

• B.Tech/M.Tech or a relevant degree
• 1-4 years of experience in software testing and/or managing software quality assurance and testing using the latest concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA technology stack is beneficial

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and execute quality assurance activities, including functional and integration tests.
2. Define detailed test plans based on the Q-Concept and test strategy, and monitor and report tests using tools like GTP.
3. Take ownership of product quality and contribute to the Quality Management (QM) community.
4. Support and execute central/program level quality tasks and raise quality issues in the appropriate forums.
5. Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
6. Facilitate continuous improvement of test automation practices.
7. Provide proactive feedback on processes, tools, and best practices to improve development methodology and tools.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech or a relevant degree
• 1-4 years of experience in software testing and/or managing software quality assurance and testing using the latest concepts and techniques
• Strong background in Quality processes, writing test cases, and automation using tools like QMATE, TOSCA, or Selenium
• Ability to work well in teams, communicate effectively, and drive results
• Good business/functional inclination and the ability to grasp functional topics quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA technology stack is beneficial
