Sound Knowledge of delivery styles and fabrics (Project & Service Management, Agile, ITIL).
Good understanding of assiduity stylish practices and its perpetration expansive experience of process description and perpetration covering colorful life cycles – Development/ conservation.
Transformation/ Improvement/ Innovation Perform service contract, SOW, compass statement reviews to gather service, quality, threat and compliance operation conditions structure.
Process mindfulness in Engagement- give necessary process training, walkthrough of the processes and templates, aiding in Tools Setup Perform periodic checkups covering process, quality assurance, compliance, criteria and threat reviews aligned with client’s prospects.
Identify and grease enhancement enterprise with quantified benefits e.g., Incident reduction, FMEA effectiveness, Six Sigma enterprise, Early cautions etc.
Yearly reviews and reporting of performance, findings, recommendations, cautions and deducible analysis to the operation ensure readiness of the account design for internal and external checkups.
Thorough understanding of delivery life cycle and fabrics like Waterfall, Agile, ITIL, Agile Service Management.

Quality fabrics and Delivery Excellence methodology used in Quality Management and IT assiduity.
