Role Summary
The Test mastermind should be tone- motivated, creative and visionary, to work successfully in a quick- reversal terrain including multiple platforms, different technologies and plant lab surroundings. The Test mastermind will work nearly with inventors, design directors, support brigades and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing the test cases, robotization of the test scripts and working on the Performance using open-source tools, troubleshooting and coordinating disfigurement resolution. The Test mastermind should have a strong understanding of SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with design operation and development brigades to develop a strong understanding of the design and testing objects.
- Involved in story grooming, Sprint planning, test case review and test prosecution for the final deliverable.
- Should be well clued with Technology and past working experience in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and robotization using Java or Postman.
- Design and produce test conditions and scripts to address business and specialized use cases.
- Share in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different brigades to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Document, track and escalate issues as applicable, using JIRA or analogous tools means.
- Should be well clued with Microsoft Dynamics with end-to-end understanding.
- Support product deployment of operations and perform “confirmation testing” on need base.
- Working experience in JIRA would be an added advantage.
- Familiar with different types of testing Black Box (viz) Functionality, stoner Interface, Bank, Database, Integration, and Retrogression.
- Logging of blights against functionality verification with detailing, confirmation upon bug fix and tracking the disfigurement towards check.
- Give timely status report to QA Lead and/ or director.
Wanted profile.
- 5 years’ experience in QA.
- Good knowledge on Core java or any other programming languages.
- Flexible, independent and tone- motivated.
- Excellent verbal and spoken communication chops.
- Assiduity instrument (CSTE, ISTQB, etc.) will be a plus.
- Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical testing background would be preferred.
- Multi-Browser testing & bias testing would be an added advantage.
Education
B. E/B. Tech/M.C. A/M. Sc/ MS – Any Stream, rather Computers.
