Job Description
- Analyze functional requirements and create test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing using various tools in DNEG ecosystem
- Report defects using Jira tool and ensure resolution
- Communicate environmental issues and blockers to clients when necessary
- Good understanding and experience in regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing
- Understand the architecture of the tools and applications
- Experience in end-to-end testing of web/desktop-based applications
- Proactive and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
Must Have
- Proficient experience working with Linux operating system
- Sound understanding and working knowledge of Python programming language
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in QA or Test Engineering.
- Experience in working end to end with web/desktop based applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Maya, Nuke and other VFX related tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of C++ programming is a plus.
Qualification required:
- B.E. in any degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Job role: Software Testing.
