Qualification Requirements for Lead Software Engineer:

• Minimum 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams of software engineers on multiple and complex software development efforts
• Analyze, develop, and code technology solutions following Agile methodology
• Close partnership with QA and other agile members to assist with test-case preparation and automation

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge in client/server and object-oriented software development using Java/J2EE
• Experience in UI Framework – Angular or ReactJS
• Test first and test often development approach with Karma and Jasmine
• Knowledge and proficiency in Kubernetes/Docker (RedHat OpenShift or similar)
• Proficiency in Maven compiled applications
• Solid experience in software development using CI/CD tools
• Expertise in Linux, Shell, and Perl scripting
• Familiarity with different software development methodologies especially Agile

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java/J2EE development
• Experience with UI Frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker and CI/CD tools
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the financial industry
• Familiarity with relational databases including Oracle and PostgreSQL
