Position Overview:
Elevate is seeking an Associate QA Engineer to play a crucial role in evaluating software quality through manual and automated testing of Elevate’s SaaS Products. The individual will be responsible for detecting and reporting bugs and glitches. This role demands a keen eye for detail and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Elevate Services is currently recruiting freshers for the position of Associate QA. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or any Graduate equivalent qualification are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities:
This role entails the following responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications and User Stories.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to devise effective testing strategies and test plans.
- Execute test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyze the results.
- Evaluate product code based on given specifications.
- Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identify defects.
- Report bugs and errors to the development teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during testing.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software throughout the development lifecycle.

Desirable Experience and Skills:
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
- Working knowledge of test management software, SQL, and Jira.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or any Graduate equivalent qualification.
- Certifications in Software Testing/Quality Assurance will be beneficial.
