Our flagship product, FLOW-3D, is widely used by engineers and scientists around the world to simulate and analyze fluid flows in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Good programming skills, with knowledge of Python and PyQt considered a plus.
• Good understanding of software testing techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
• 0 – 2 years of experience (Fresher).
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute software testing activities.
• Develop automated test suites using Squish and Coco.
• Conduct manual testing of all FLOW-3D products.
• Perform installation testing on all supported OS’s.
• Collaborate with development, support, and testing team members to define test specifications ensuring new and enhanced features meet end-users’ needs.
• Report testing results and defects found, following up on failed tests to ensure resolution.
• Communicate and coordinate testing activities with development and other testing staff.
• Develop test case documentation.
• Assist in the development of efficient software testing techniques.

Qualifications:

• ISTQB certification is required for all software testers.
• If the candidate does not possess the certificate at the time of joining, it must be obtained within the probation period.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of software testing techniques.
• Proficiency in programming, with knowledge of Python and PyQt preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Squish and Coco.
• Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
