QUALITY ANALYST
Nagpur 0-2.5 years INDIA
Job Description (Posting).
- Good troubleshooting and Communication Chops.
- Should have applicable experience on Server Support and marking tools.
- Should have good knowledge in UNIX, Windows and introductory knowledge in Networks.
- Experience on product UNIX and WINDOWS waiters.
- Ready to work in only Night Shifts (24x7x 365 model).
- Abecedarian knowledge of Networks.
- Should have knowledge on Garçon/ device cautions monitoring and batch monitoring on colorful Tools like mama, BPPM, HP- OVO, HP NNM, VERITAS NetBackup, Provisory, Remedy (marking tool) and SCCM etc.
- Knowledge of ITIL process is preferred.
- Should be suitable to handle all critical and non-critical cautions, calling out the separate support platoon members and maintain the entire life cycle of the ticket until resolution. (1.) To cleave to quality norms (voice and accentuation, Tech Monitoring), nonsupervisory conditions and company programs. (2.) To ensure positive client experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimal average running time (AHT), rejected judgments or renew Cases. (3.) To maintain high login effectiveness (Vacuity) for guests. (4.) To give position 1 remote desktop support to resolve tickets or provide tackle or software or network problem opinion or resolution via telephone or email or chat within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time. (5.) To modernize worklogs and follow shift or escalation process to escalate complex problem to applicable support specialist sororate problems to 2nd and 3rd position IT support staff as the case be. (6.) Work on value adding conditioning similar Knowledge base update and tone development.
