Ensure product quality specifications comply with corporate and customer standards.
Establish QA/QC policies and standards for product assessment, technical service, vendor evaluations, and offshore QA/QC.
Oversee QA/QC team and vendors to implement and enforce corporate QA/QC policies.
Apply advanced knowledge and experience as an Experienced Professional (P2).
Work independently with general supervision.
Address difficult but not complex problems.

Perform incoming quality inspection of materials from suppliers and define inspection/acceptance criteria.
Analyze product or process non-conformances and raise NCRs accordingly. Ensure timely closure of NCRs.
Conduct regular supplier process/tool audits and report observations/improvement opportunities. Ensure closure of audit points.
Possess expertise in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System audits, internal audits, and certification audits. Maintain relevant documents.
Develop and plan gauges or fixtures for inspection purposes.
Monitor functional key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions for continuous improvement.
Measure and monitor key supplier performance in terms of FFR, NCR, PPM/FPY, and process audits.
Conduct regular supplier audits and develop plans to improve supplier performance.
Provide quality assurance support for New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
Initiate and coordinate operational excellence and continuous improvement activities.
Engage in the customer complaint handling process.
