Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Experience Requirement: 3 to 10 years of experience.
2. Consolidate inputs from project teams and estimate effort using estimation methodologies.
3. Prepare test strategy documents based on requirements, testing environment, and non-functional attributes.
4. Develop or validate test design, including scenarios, types of testing, and number of testing cycles required.
5. Review complex test case scenarios and develop performance test scripts.
6. Collaborate with client teams to set up the test environment, validate test data, and ensure backup and restore processes.
7. Review the infrastructure of the Performance Test environment and ensure timely maintenance.
8. Design test scenarios and execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks.
9. Manage communications between onsite and offshore teams.
10. Coordinate with other support teams such as Infrastructure, Database Admin, and Network teams.
11. Participate in GO/No-Go meetings, provide performance test observations and recommendations, and present the final performance test report to clients.
12. Hands-on experience with scripting and execution using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner/Performance Center, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology.

• Possess end-to-end knowledge and experience in testing.
• Extensive experience in test planning, test strategy, and test estimates.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Experience in one or more scripting languages and automation tools.
• Analytical, client interfacing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Project and team management skills.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Primary skills: Dynatrace, Performance testing (Performance Engineering, HP LoadRunner, JMeter).

Preferred Skills:

• Performance testing.
• Performance Engineering.
• HP LoadRunner.
• JMeter.
• Performance Management Tools (Dynatrace).
