Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in communication/electronics/electromechanics/computer engineering.
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
3. Three or more years of work experience, with a preference for experience in the communications-related industry or testing.
4. Test project management experience is preferred.
5. Interest in computer programming and communication technology.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, clear thinking, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
7. Familiarity with C# or C++ and automation equipment development experience is preferred.
8. Familiarity with mobile terminal production testing process or related work experience is preferred.
