Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Preparation of test scenarios and writing comprehensive test cases
- Execution of test cases, defect reporting, and tracking
- Experience in various testing methodologies including black box, ad-hoc, smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and system testing
- Reproducing and troubleshooting issues reported from the field
- Setup and maintenance of test environments
- Providing updates on testing progress to Content QA Manager
- Participation in exploratory gameplay sessions, identifying test scenarios, and writing new test cases as required
- Ensuring software releases meet defined game standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, qTest
- ISTQB certification would be an advantage
