Responsibilities:

• Develop a test-first mindset focused on understanding system requirements and functionality.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure built-in quality in application features and services.
• Design and execute automated test cases using TOSCA and other relevant tools.
• Participate in code and design reviews, contributing to testing best practices and guidelines.
• Assess the readiness of features for production release.
• Utilize testing tools such as mabl, qTest, and Jira to implement testing strategies.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudWatch, CloudConfig, and CodePipeline is desirable.
• Understanding of HTTP/JSON web applications, microservices, and SaaS design principles using Java and Python.
• Knowledge of container technologies like Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Kanban methodologies is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Test-first mindset with curiosity about system functionality.
• Ability to develop features with built-in quality using metrics.
• Experience designing and executing automated test cases.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as TOSCA, mabl, qTest, and Jira.
• Understanding of AWS services (CloudWatch, CloudConfig, CodePipeline).
• Knowledge of HTTP/JSON web applications, microservices, and SaaS design using Java and Python.

Desirable Skills:

• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).
• Experience with SCRUM/Kanban methodologies.
