Responsibilities:

• Engage in client or internal projects with full responsibility for completing automation tasks within prescribed timelines and with high quality.
• Communicate clearly and timely regarding project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead a team of 3-4 individuals.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into technical specifications and participate in automation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Minimum 6-10 years of overall experience with significant experience in automation.
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools, particularly Selenium with Java.
• Proficiency in building automation frameworks using Java and scripting languages such as Java and Selenium.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to lead a small team.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to agile methodologies for development.
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA and TestRail.
