Requirements

1. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, B.E., B-Tech or any related field.
2. The candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in manual and automation testing.
3. The candidate should have experience in testing both mobile and web-based applications.
4. The candidate should be able to perform manual testing and create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
5. The candidate should be capable of performing multiple types of testing, such as functional, UI, compatibility, and API testing.
6. The candidate should possess excellent requirement analysis and documentation skills, such as SRS and user flow documentation.
7. The candidate should be able to write use cases and develop user flow diagrams.
8. The candidate should have exposure to different testing tools, such as API testing, performance testing, and security testing.

Job Description:

• Proficient in writing automation scripts using JAVA.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts.
• Experienced in using Selenium automation tool and building test scripts using Selenium/Appium/Cypress.
• Ability to build/modify automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and design documents.
• Collaborate with development teams and solution architects to validate product and software solutions.
• Estimate manual and automation testing efforts based on high-level requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain test plan, test scenarios, and test cases in accordance with the test design specifications of product features.
• Identify and communicate priorities, dependencies, and roadblocks to the team and key stakeholders.
• Perform test execution on project assignments, including functional and non-functional testing based on application needs.
• Test mobile (Native/Hybrid) applications and ensure quality of the front-end of applications based on wireframes and visual design.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using respective tools (e.g. JIRA) and perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Test the application on different mobile devices, browsers, screen sizes, and OS versions according to the requirements.
• Identify test scenarios/cases for automation and design, develop, and execute automation scripts using testing tools like Selenium/Appium/Cypress.
• Use tools like Postman and JMeter to validate the application.
• Participate in UAT testing and troubleshoot issues to help the development team in debugging.
