Job Description:

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will be part of the Test Engineering team. Your primary role will be to define the test scope, develop testing approaches, and ensure comprehensive test coverage to support product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Define and decompose system-level requirements to subsystem and component levels.
• Manage end-to-end responsibility of feature ownership, including in-depth analysis of software requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases using various Test Design Technique (TDT) methods.
• Perform Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) and Automation testing.
• Execute automated testing using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Write and test scripts in C#.
• Engage with software developers and system architects to identify and gather necessary software parameters and variables for testing.

Qualification Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical, ENTC, Computers, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years in a relevant field, with strong proficiency in subsystem knowledge and expertise in at least one subsystem.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in understanding system level attributes and trade-offs.
• Knowledge of FMEA for platform and product maps.
• Ability to generate inputs for system models of the respective platform.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in test case design and development.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with automated testing and scriptwriting in C#.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
