Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead projects and teams, while effectively communicating and working with management, QA, and operations.
2. Understand audit operations, internal tools, and processes to drive automation and improve work efficiency.
3. Utilize data and scientific management techniques to develop solutions for diverse business needs.
4. Analyze processes to enhance throughput, quality, and operations, as well as forecasting.
5. Study current processes and propose efficient future processes through mapping and implementation.
6. Predict resource and volume requirements for different processes.
7. Prepare metrics and scorecards for evaluations and comparisons.
8. Create scorecards and dashboards for vendors, administrators, and processes, as well as program managers.
9. Perform user response analysis, measure performance and quality, and define new metrics.
10. Manage projects, including planning, coordination, effort estimation, reporting, and execution.
11. Coordinate projects with different teams and drive their progress, identifying parameters for next steps and enhancements.
12. Leverage multiple teams and products to enhance data quality and analysis.
13. Lead and support special pilot projects related to the business, providing actionable recommendations.
14. Prepare executive-level presentations.
15. Contribute to increasing user base and participation for map products through participation and analytical suggestions.

Qualifications:

1. Background in quality.
2. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.
4. Strong expertise in management information systems (MIS) and reporting.
5. Ability to lead and support the support team (business analysts) in analysis and pilot work/audit.
6. Proactive in raising and driving feature requests to improve processes.
7. Review and suggest improvements to policy documentation.
8. Identify and propose initiatives to enhance efficiency.
9. Experience in managing large projects, estimating project timelines, and collaborating with client program managers.
10. Familiarity with New Age Media Client’s products, internal tools, and processes to drive automation and efficiency.
11. Close collaboration with program managers to understand workflow requirements and plan transitions to Wipro.
12. Application of data and scientific management techniques to meet diverse business needs.
13. Effective project management, including planning, coordination, reporting, and execution.
14. Integration with different teams to coordinate project activities.
15. Preparation of executive-level presentations.
16. Active participation and analytical suggestions.
17. Development of strategies for product and workflow changes to facilitate smooth transitions.
18. Writing detailed proposals (PRD) for new initiatives and workflows to improve existing data.
19. Continuously raising and driving feature requests for process improvements.
20. Review and suggest improvements to policy documentation.
