Skillset Requirements:

1. Experience: Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of experience as a manual and/or automation test engineer.
2. Testing Concepts: Thorough understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques, including both functional and non-functional tests.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues.
4. Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
5. Teamwork: Enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork and the ability to work well with others with minimal guidance.
6. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate highly technical concepts to individuals at all levels of the organization.

8. Agile Experience: Experience working with Agile teams.
9. Automation and Non-Functional Testing: Experience in automation and non-functional testing, such as performance, security, compatibility, and ignition, would be an added advantage.

Technical Requirements:

1. Testing Processes: Thorough understanding of testing processes and good knowledge of test design techniques.
2. Technical Skills: Good understanding of RDBMS and OOPS Concepts, scripting skills, and preferably experience in test automation.
3. Quality Assurance Knowledge: Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and SDLC is required.
4. Data Analysis: Good data analysis skills for defect reporting and problem-solving.
5. Configuration Management and Bug Tracking: Knowledge of Configuration Management and Bug tracking tools.
